Ariel has 20+ years experience in marketing and communications both in the U.S. and overseas in the fields of education, international trade, energy and consulting. Prior to forming CurtisAlan Partners, Ariel was Senior Consultant in the brand strategy practice at Landor Associates, a branding and design consultancy. For the last 12+ years Ariel has led senior management teams through a variety of marketing and brand development initiatives, including Hewlett-Packard, Life Fitness, Frito-Lay, Cargill, Pepsi/Starbucks, Honeywell, MillerCoors, Caterpillar and the American Medical Association. Ariel teaches strategic brand management at Northwestern University, and is a recipient of the 2010 Faculty Teaching Award. He holds a Bachelors degree from U.C. Berkeley, and a Masters degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University.
